She's Having A Baby
One of the most wonderful things about having a 19 month old daughter at home, and getting to spend an entire day with her (i stay home from work and take care of her on Thursdays), is getting the chance to watch a rapidly developing and enormously curious brain up close. That, and she’s been calling me “buddy” all day, because she think it’s funny. When I finished doing her dishes after lunch today, she said “Good job, buddy.”
And things like that, honestly, make your entire day.
I love this.
